Its definetly more khaki colour than white, see photo. Its a light summary cotton jacket. Not waterproof. 3 outside pockets, 1 inside, no hood. Not bad for £30.
I absolutely love my black Harrington jacket, in fact I love it so much I've just bought the burgundy one. They both fit perfectly and look really smart. Delivery time I found very reasonable, contrary to other reviews. I can definitely see myself ordering more gear.
Finally after a few weeks my 50th birthday jacket arrived. It was ordered before the 4th Feb. This jacket is advertised as a Harrington but it is not labelled as such, just a size and wash instruction label. It fits perfectly and is light weight. Inner material is grey shiny tartan. I’ll reserve judgement until i see how long it lasts.
Fantastic value for money. Nothing fancy about this jacket but, it does fit well, although sizing is just a little bit on the small size. I usually take a Large in a jacket etc but decided to go for an XL having read some of the other reviews and would say that was the right decision. The main material is a good quality cotton drill type. The stretch rib trim for the waist and cuffs is also very good. The zip also functions perfectly well. The only small criticism I would make is that the pockets would be better with either zip or velcro fastening. They fasten with buttons which are a bit fiddly and will probably be the weak link as I can't see them staying on for long. But, as I say A Really Good Value For Money Jacket. Recommended
Just got it. Good for the price. XL, I'm 5'8" 85kg with 34/6 waist. Good fit and right length for Harrington jacket. Should be able get jumper underneath. Tempted to get another in Burgundy or Beige will give it a week though.
Very comfortable and lightweight jacket. Love the colour. Fits perfectly and feels really nice on. Good quality materials and well made. Had to iron out the creases on arrival, but would have ironed it before wearing anyway. I now have 4 of these jackets in various colours. Highly recommended.
excellent value. I have bought a few of these in different colours. the stiching came a little loose in one of three jackets under the arm but after 6 months or more use they are in really good condition. there's a slight wavyness on one of the zips where I put it in the tumble drier but that's more my fault than the garment (I can't remember if it's in the washing instructions as I throw the tickets out). it's not a big problem and still totally wearable. I don't think either of these small defects is worth dropping a star given the price of the jacket.
