RETURN PROCESS FOR EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Should you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect products please DO NOT go through our return centre. Please contact us directly at email@example.com with a photo of the product/damage in question.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund
- Orders Must Returned within 30 Days Purchased
- Must be Unused & in its Original Packaging with Tags
- Customer is responsible for return postage costs

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7-14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please contact us within 6 hours of ordering. Note orders are processed and packed as they come in and in some cases this may be too late to cancel and you will need to wait to return it
ORDERS STATED AS DELIVERED VIA TRACKING
We will not issue a refund if the courier has stated that they haved delivered something and tracking can be verified. In some instances we may resend the package after an investigation has been completed and a lost parcel can be confirmed by the courier
All returns must be postmarked within (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
