At Handsome Dans we have 3 shipping partners and we select the courier that's best in your area to speed things up a little. During these difficult times couriers are leaving parcels on doorsteps and other creative places, and are not taking signatures or leaving calling cards due to social distancing measures, so all of our shipments are fully tracked and insured. If it goes missing we will have a replacement dispatched straight away, free of charge. Please note, the tracking information you are provided with allows for a safe space or trusted neighbour to be selected should you not be present to accept delivery.

Handling time:0-5 business days. Orders Can Take a Full 10 Working  Days To Arrive.


Go to the courier Website that matches your tracking number and search. If The tracking information is not updating please allow 10 working days to pass from the day you ordered before contacting us. It can take this long and it completely normal if there is no updates on tracking before this.

  • Once you have placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation E-mail to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation E-mail with tracking information.
  • We do not accept any cancellation when order has shipped out.
  • For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave your mobile number for tracking updates via text.

Shipping times will vary. Our handing time is 1-5 days from the time of order. We aim to get all orders delivered within 48 hours but it can take up to 10 working days depending on where you live. Please allow this time before contacting us

If tracking is not updating, please allow the courier some time to scan. We can not investigate until 10 working days has past.  Should the tracking information fail to update after 10 working days, please contact us with the subject line "Tracking Update".  

Christmas Period Update, 2021

During the festive period, Handsome Dan will be extending the return window for exchanges and refunds.  Customers who place their orders on or following 1st November 2021 will have until 10th January 2022 to request a return for exchange or refund.   


Please note: Items must be returned in original unworn conditon.  It is allowable for items to be tried on to judge the size and fit.  However, extended use of  items will void eligibility for returns.  Should items be returned in unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right to cancel requests and return the items to sender.

Should you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect products please DO NOT go through our return centre.  Please contact us directly at with a photo of the product/damage in question.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. All returns must be postmarked within (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • To cancel your order, we must hear from you with 6 hours of ordering on the day of ordering. It's worth noting that we are really quick at packing and processing your order. That's something we're really proud of, but it means we are not able to make any amendments to your order after the day of ordering. Any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled. They can be returned though once they arrive

We will not issue a refund if the courier has stated that they haved delivered something and tracking can be verified. In some instances we may resend the package after an investigation has been completed and a lost parcel can be confirmed by the courier 

  • Each product has its own individual size guide with measuring instructions to help insure you get the right fit 1st time round

We are UK Owned Business & Based in Northern Ireland. We have 3 Dispatch Locations. We ship from mainly from Northern Ireland though in some circumstances we may use our Holland & China warehouses to fulfill. Depending on Stock we may ship from any of these locations. We use Express Shipping Services & Expect Shipping to take around 10 working days to arrive depending on the dispatch location. 

While most of our orders do Arrive in under 48 hours it may take longer if we use stock from another location. Tracking provided will help you track accurately. 

If an order has been shipped it can not be cancelled. You will need to wait until it arrives then use the automatic return centre.

Shipping is tyically £3.49 but may vary based on locaction. If you spend more than £80 then shipping is FREE

When this promotion is active you simply need to add items to your basket. The more you add the more you save. The discount amount is random and it unlocks at minimum spend of £50 and automatically qualifies for free shipping also

  • We use a varierty of materials in all of our Jackets, it states what kind of leather or wools we use in each description. Most of our leather range is Vegan friendly, Look for the PU tag. Please contact us if you have any questions about an item or its material
