Great products - poor elsewhere

I can't fault HD products (although I have learnt in my case to buy one size up from my usual size - but that is true to most online purchases - as I know I am not getting fatter!!). The jacket is good quality, although as with all jackets of this type, it needs wearing in as it's a bit shiny and new!

My only complaint with HD is delivery - they SERIOUSLY need to update their delivery methods. I am awaiting two other products and so far been waiting WEEKS and it is putting me off buying anything more - there is a jacket in my basket, but I think I am going to look elsewhere. Also when you contact customer services, they start off being quick, but ask too many questions and they disappear. Also they blame time of year, but reading other reviews on products the delays are year round. So although great products - until they update delivery (in this day and age - next day), I am going to hold off.

Many thanks for a great looking jacket! Delivery was a bit slow but when I got it I wasn't bothered cos it lived up to the hype.

Bought this jacket for my boyfriend's birthday as he has always wanted a leather jacket with a hoodie attachment. He loves it and wears it most days! It's really stylish and the quality is great. Well worth the money, the hood is also detachable so this is a good feature if you want to wear it with something more formal. Highly recommend!

Wasn't too sure at first but then spotted the guys pics below so got one and really pleased with it really high quality too it is black but looks lighter due to the lighting
