the shoes were really nice, but the customer service responses were awful, 5 emails and no reply to any of them regarding my lost parcel that had failed to arrive in time for Xmas.

Never received, cannot prove they delivered radio silence on emails,don't touch this outfit.

Fortunately I bought as size bigger ,when they arrived very tight over arch and difficult to get on but with shoe stretchers and some leather treatment spray lm now using them And getting very comfortable and I think will last a long time .sole is excellent.

Lovely quality. The shoes are a narrow fit and a bit on the small size. I’d advise you order one size up.

Purchased these loafers for my dad.. they are a little tight across the foot.. but slowly the materiel is stretching.. quality comparable to others we have purchased. Would buy again.
