Shipping times will vary. Our handing time is 2 - 5 days from the time of order. We aim to get all orders delivered within 48 hours but it can take up to 8 working days. Please allow this time before contacting us
Why is my Royal Mail Tracking Not Updating?

  • Explained - We ship from Ireland so we use a local service in ireland to send to our UK customers. If you see this page it does not mean we have not shipped. It will be waiting on Royal Mail to Recieve. Once they scan it the tracking information will begin to work as normal. Rest assured it will have been shipped if you have recieved a tracking number. Royal Mail is currently suffering due to the pandemic and posage delays can happen. If it has been shipped with yodel then tracking will update normally

How do I change or cancel my order? 
  • To cancel your order, we must hear from you with 6 hours of ordering on the day of ordering. It's worth noting that we are really quick at packing and processing your order. That's something we're really proud of, but it means we are not able to make any amendments to your order after the day of ordering. Any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled. They can be returned though once they arrive

     I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
    • When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. 

    Is there s a size guide?

    • Each product has a size chart. Sizes are UK regular sizes. This also applies to North America. Choose your size as you would normally. There is no need to size up or down
